I can help those who are looking for systems improvement consultation and/or workforce development training in the behavioral health, community corrections, peer recovery services or child welfare mentoring fields. My three-decade career includes delivering psychotherapy; clinical supervision; program management and development; teaching; training; process and outcome evaluations; and research. Every year I enjoy many opportunities to work with professional, peer, paraprofessional, faith-based, and volunteer service providers.
